I don't talk to Smarty nearly as often as I should. And I update how she's doing on here even less. She's having a better semester, academic wise, at school. I don't think it's easy for her, but she is keeping up. Last week she started a babysitting job. She works two mornings (7-12:30) a week, so it gives her a little money and doesn't interfere with her school schedule.
Last night she said that she interviewed for a summer camp job in Missouri. I guess if she gets that then we won't see much of her next summer. It is crazy how you have this child and you are with them almost 24/7 for eighteen years, and then they are gone. She is precious and a good girl and I miss her like crazy!
